Senior/Talent Acquisition & Internship Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Senior/Talent Acquisition & Internship Specialist to support our Client in managing their hiring needs. You will play a key role in sourcing, application tracking and onboarding of interns, and ensuring the smooth and compliant hiring process.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work with hiring teams to understand intern requirements
• Post openings on IHL portals and manage applicant databases
• Liaise with universities/polytechnics Career Offices
• Track headcount, hiring progress, and update portals
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding logistics
• Handle administrative tasks with systems like Workday
• Ensure compliance with TAFEP and public service guidelines

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the WOG or healthcare sectors
• Strong expertise in talent sourcing strategies, with a consistent record of successful placements
• Proficient in using social media, job portals, and other sourcing tools to engage passive talent
• Experienced in contributing to new recruitment channels and outreach initiatives
• Familiarity with HRMS systems, especially Workday, is a strong advantage
• Sound understanding of TAFEP guidelines and fair employment practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
