Social Media Content Creator Intern (Brand Communications)

ZALORA is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, and passionate team member with an interest in fashion to join our regional team. This role is responsible for supporting the brand communications team in Singapore for Social Media campaigns. Your work will focus on a range of writing and graphic design, primarily focusing on creating social media content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media

• Develop social media content plan for all active channels
  • Primary: Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
  • Secondary: Twitter and Youtube
• Plan and schedule weekly social content
• Content copywriting
• Assist with monthly social media reports
• Assist with photoshoots, editing images and videos
• Identify suitable influencers / models / content creators for specific campaigns
• Must be comfortable in front of the camera, must be okay to be featured in some of the video content
• Community management - reply to relevant comments or questions on the ZALORA accounts

Event Management

• Conduct research to support the SM team
• Assist in event coordination and on-ground support

Administrative Tasks

• Shoot loan and other types of requests
• Any other ad-hoc matters

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative writing
• Possesses a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and details
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite particularly Photoshop, and Illustrator. After Effects and/or Premiere Pro is a bonus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive functions
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Independent, shows initiative, resourcefulness, and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and follows through on projects
• Undergraduates pursuing majors in Marketing/Communication Studies/Graphic Design or related fields

PERIOD

• Able to start in July 2025
• Full-time interns who can make a 6-month commitment
