Social Media Intern

We help our clients build smart, effective social media teams and as a Social Media Intern, you’ll be part of making that happen. You’ll work across multiple brands to support content planning, publishing, and performance tracking. This isn’t just about posting pretty things — it’s about learning how social media actually works behind the scenes: what gets approved, what gets skipped, and why timing, tone, and consistency matter.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, pays attention to trends, and wants to understand the real workflow behind building and running social media from zero.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling social media posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor content to keep our channels fresh and relevant
• Help manage our content calendar and coordinate with the team to align messaging
• Support community management by engaging with followers and responding to comments or DMs
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, etc.) and assist in basic reporting
• Collaborate on social media campaigns and creative brainstorming

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Strong written English and eye for visual aesthetics
• Comfortable using Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and basic analytics tools
• Active user of social media and up to date with trends
• Creative, expressive, and digitally fluent
• Passionate about content, storytelling, and community-building
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Open to feedback and eager to learn what makes content work
