Student Analyst, Flagship-Investment Team

Team

You will join a highly motivated international group of accomplished colleagues with extensive experience in investments in energy and infrastructure assets. The Flagship Fund Investment Team contributes significantly to the long-term growth of CIP and works closely with other local and global teams within CIP including the Investment Management, Financial Analysis, and Finance

Role

As a Student Analyst, you will contribute to developing, structuring, and executing CIP’s investments in APAC and across various assets, including offshore wind, onshore wind, and solar PV. You will work closely with a highly experienced investment team on M&A deals and financings. CIP will constantly seek to challenge and inspire you while focusing on your learning and personal development. Top-performing Student Analysts may receive an offer to join us as full-time Associates upon graduation.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

• Visualization and presentation of technical and financial data to stakeholders
• Conducting market research and analysis
• Financial modelling, valuation and structuring of investments
• Working together with industrial partners and advisors
• The workload will vary depending on the number of projects you are working on, with flexibility expected from both sides. You will be given the opportunity to shape your daily routine and schedule

The position is part-time and based in CIP’s Singapore office

You

We are looking for penultimate, final year bachelor and 1st year master students majoring in Economics, Finance or any other relevant field.
