Talent Acquisition Intern (Aug - Dec 2025)

The Role:

In this role as a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment efforts across the firm. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to identify top talent and contribute to creating a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft and post job advertisements on various hiring platforms


• Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates


• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and clear communication


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)


• Support campus outreach initiatives and employer branding activities


• Provide assistance with HR-related and administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field


• Strong willingness to learn and excellent communication skills


• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a reliable team player


• Able to multitask, work through ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
