Talent Acquisition Intern (Up$3800 / 5 Days / West) [HL|AA]

Summary:

• 6-months internship
• Public Healthcare Institute (central-west region)
• Working Days/ Hours: Monday to Thursday 830am to 6pm; Friday 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities: 

• Support offer-to-end processes for pre-service sponsorship and scholarship programs
• Manage end-to-end activities for internship programs, covering recruitment and administration (timesheet and salary processing)
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver initiatives
• Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events
• Conduct regular reviews and improvements of workflow processes and procedures
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or relevant qualifications
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
