JOB SUMMARY 

The individual will have the opportunity to work and experience the finance department. Gain exposure to various aspects of purchasing market list and operation sourcing, accounting data verification, documentation, data input and report analysis. Your role will be assigned to the need of the finance department operation, to support purchasing and finance team members in day-to-day activities. 

To support day-to-day running of all activities at the Accounting Department

Include and not limited: - 

1. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. 


2. Organize, maintain accurate all files, records in accordance with policies and procedures. 


3. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Maintain accurate data spreadsheets for financial and accounting data. 


4. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial record. 


5. Check and process billing according to the procedures.  


6. Resolve questions, issues, or disputes from daily operation transactions.


7. Maintain confidentiality and security of the accounting and property records, files and information.
