Banking Operations - Loan Documentation & Processing is responsible for activities related to the operational groups that support the revenue generating business lines of the firm. Responsibilities may include general account operations, loan closing, loan documentation & processing, and other related activities. The Loan Documentation & Processing focus specializes in preparing and reviewing loan documentation. Provides support for tasks related to the loan process, including independently processing, closing, and funding loans, and signing off on conditions. Advanced knowledge of lending documentation, operations, and terminology required.

The Corporate and Commercial Banking Operations function is responsible for the operational support to the Corporate and Commercial Banking business areas, including transaction banking.

Job Requirements:

1) Credit Compliance checking in accordance to Bank's Credit Policy and Internal Policies.

2) Perform security and documentation compliance checking.

3) Checking & authorising of Loan Disbursement and Facilities Limit Implementation.

4) Review of data entries done by maker via FLMS, LES, Factorpro, CCRS, CELS, CMT, bCAS and CDMS.

5) Checking of reports on all transactions carried out by staff.
