Venture Scout (Campus Venture Fellow)

The Role

As a Venture Scout, you are ATUM’s eyes and ears on campus. Your mission is simple: Find exceptional founders and technology  early and connect them to ATUM. You’ll work at the intersection of venture capital, deep tech, and startup formation.

What You’ll Do

You’ll identify promising technical founders and breakthrough ideas within your university ecosystem, and connect them to ATUM for venture building or early investment.

You’ll stay active in founder and research communities, build relationships with builders, and surface high-potential opportunities before they become widely known.

You are deeply embedded in builder communities, whether as a student founder, hackathon participant, research or PhD student, open-source contributor, technical community leader, or startup operator.

You are part of either of the following:

+ National University of Singapore (NUS)

+ Nanyang Technological University (NTU)

+ Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD)

+ Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT)

You’ll gain exposure to venture capital by learning how top startups are sourced and evaluated, while getting early access to founders, researchers, and operators. You’ll also plug into Singapore’s startup ecosystem and build a strong network. Top-performing scouts may receive additional opportunities, including ATUM internships, venture building roles, full-time positions, and access to founder programs.

Additionally, for each successful (participation agreement or term sheet signed) referred venture you'll earn commission.
