Job Description - 1 Year Accounts Assistant - AR Central Up To $3000 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: City Hall

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30

Salary: Up to $3000

Job Responsibilities:

Account Receivable (Bank / Merchant Statements and Invoices)
Monthly merchant bank reconciliation
Daily and monthly sales reconciliation (System and QB)
Daily and monthly inventory reconciliation (Physical and QB)
E-Payment updates / checking (in System)
Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Accounts Manager

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
Experience with processing of banking transactions a plus point
Knowledge and experience in QuickBooks a plus point
Able to start work immediately
