1 Year Contract Accounts Assistant $3.5K (EAA) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure disbursements are accurately verified, standard policies and procedures are adhered to, and supporting documents are received timely.
• Ensure that all Statement of Accounts is to be received.
• Ensure all reconciliations are up to date and disputed items are followed up, and cleared up within 3 months.
• Handle all outstanding with terminated Agents, and to be cleared within 3 months from date of termination.   
• Review all provision of operating costs, Unbilled and Unearned revenue, Bunker stock card to ensure accuracy.
• Key in all suppliers' invoices into the accounting system.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business/Accountancy.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.           
• Experience with SAP in commercial environment.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
