1 Year Energy Trade Operations Analyst Up To $6000 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Asia Square

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $6000 + completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial trade transactions, including verifying trade details and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for handling and processing assigned commercial and trade transaction types within specified value chains.
• Contribute to process definition and the operationalization of change to ensure efficient and effective handling, and processing assigned commercial and trade transaction types.
• Support the post-trade processing activities, such as trade settlement, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any trade settlement issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain transaction records and documentation, ensuring proper filing and organization for easy retrieval.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to contract performance and trade activities.
• Follow up and perform month-end update of paper deals in trading system.
• Ensure financial compliance, including closing period reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business/Finance
• Good understanding of trade transactions.
• Strong understanding of compliance.
