1 Year Treasury Analyst (Debt & Liquidity Management) Up To $5000 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 1 year contract (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: Up to $5000 + 1 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support debt financing activities, including loan documentation, covenant monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions, and support debt financing policy improvements.
• Support the execution and monitoring of hedging activities, including reporting and valuation reviews.
• Prepare liquidity reports and forecasts, ensuring compliance with counterparty risk and liquidity management policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support investment transactions, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Assist with audits, regulatory reviews, and reporting related to debt financing, hedging, liquidity management, and investment activities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, preferably finance related
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity (real estate exposure preferred)
• Basic understanding of external financing, hedging concepts and liquidity management
• Familiarity with treasury systems and tools (Bloomberg experience is a plus)
