12 Months Contract Assistant Manager $4K (EAA) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and process Personal Accident (PA) claims accurately and within service turnaround times.
• Review medical reports, financial documents and supporting claim information to make fair and accurate claim decisions.
• Conduct claim investigations and liaise with policyholders, medical institutions and internal stakeholders to obtain additional information.
• Monitor pending claims to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Identify claim trends, irregularities and process improvement opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear and professional communication with customers, agents and healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and claims governance standards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with a professional Insurance Certificate or relevant qualification in Insurance.
• 3–5 years of experience handling Personal Accident, Health or Life Insurance claims.
• Good understanding of medical terminology, insurance policy wording and claims assessment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage high claim volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
