12 Months Contract Wealth Compliance Officer #BEL - Part-Time

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for Temps/Contract roles.

Job Description:

• Conduct end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews for individual and corporate clients during onboarding and periodic reviews.
• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and verify customer identification documents, corporate ownership structures, source of wealth (SOW), and source of funds (SOF) documentation.
• Assess customer risk profiles and determine appropriate risk ratings based on internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct periodic KYC refresh exercises and remediation projects to ensure customer information remains current and complete.
• Analyze complex ownership structures and identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
• Ensure all client records and supporting documentation are accurately maintained within compliance systems.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, relationship managers, and clients to obtain outstanding KYC documentation and information.
• Ensure all onboarding and review cases are completed within established service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TAT).
