Job Scope

The role is responsible for overseeing and supporting a range of loan administration activities, including:

• Review transaction documentation and analyse deal structures to understand the purpose of each transaction and identify key operational considerations.
• Examine asset-related documentation and accurately capture relevant information within the Loan Administration System.
• Review and validate fee structures associated with each investment.
• Configure and maintain loan records within the Loan Administration System in accordance with the underlying transaction documentation.
• Develop and maintain operational databases and records to support ongoing loan administration activities.
• Liaise with and support offshore operations teams on data input, static data maintenance, and system-related requirements.
• Configure and maintain reporting within the Loan Administration System, including Crystal Reports, for distribution to external stakeholders such as Fund Administrators and Asset Managers.

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience within alternative investments, a Management Company, Fund Administrator, or audit firm, with exposure to Private Capital funds.
• Prior experience in alternative investments, particularly in private debt or loan products within the financial services industry, would be advantageous.
