5.5 Months Contract Bank Middle Office Trade Support ($4-6K) #BYR - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations, ensuring excellent client service and relationship management.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client transactions and middle office activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Monitor operational risks, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders.
• Manage and track client operational queries, providing timely updates and ensuring service expectations are met.
• Support clients on middle office operations, service models, and market-specific processes.
• Assist in new client onboarding, fund implementations, and transition activities.
• Collaborate with global Operations and IT teams to drive issue resolution and continuous process improvements.
• Manage shared team mailbox and provide day-to-day operational support.
