6 Months Bank Customer Service Manager (Backend) Up To $4000 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 6 months (potential to convert to perm)

Salary: Up to $4000

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle corporate customer enquiries virtually via voice and video calls from the Singapore head office
• Support small business customers on account servicing, trade and credit-related products and services
• Review customer accounts and transactions in accordance with company procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements
• Manage customer queries professionally and independently while ensuring high service standards
• Maintain strong product and service knowledge to provide accurate and efficient support
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in banking customer service, banking operations, relationship management is preferred
• Comfortable liaising with corporate customers via phone/video call
