6 Months Contract Operations #SJN - Part-Time

· Handling the settlement of all wealth management products, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits etc.

· Handling of Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statements

· Trained to be trainer to the new system, while participating in systems UAT

· Making constructive and practical suggestions to enhance operational workflow and reduce operational risks

· Processing the Deposits and Remittances (D&R) such as Deposit accounts and remittances for Corporate Banking

· Processing the Accounts Payables, including providing support for vendor payments and staff claims (non-Oracle)

· Management of SWIFT Alliance system, including processing of SWIFT

· Co-ordination with other stakeholders to resolve issues

· Carries out other duties as and when assigned
