6-12 Months Financial Analyst - Real Estate East Up To $7200 #NKA - Part-Time

Duration: 6-12 months

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: Up to $7200

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate real estate and mixed-use development projects.
• Perform investment analysis, scenario modelling, and assess project returns (IRR, NPV, cash flow).
• Support asset management activities including budgeting, revenue optimisation, cost analysis, leasing, and asset performance reviews.
• Assist with debt financing, project structuring, commercial contract reviews, and transaction due diligence.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions and new business opportunities.
• Prepare investment papers, presentations, reports, and board materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across development, leasing, operations, finance, and treasury teams.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, FP&A, audit, or real estate finance.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA) are advantageous.
• Experience with Yardi, Oracle, or similar financial systems is a plus.
