6-9 Months Tax Manager Up To $8000 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Robinson Road

Duration: 6-9 months (maternity coverage)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $8000

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including preparation, review and submission of tax returns, transfer pricing reports and tax payments across Singapore and other jurisdictions.
• Prepare tax provisions (including Pillar Two taxes) and support monthly, quarterly and semi-annual financial reporting.
• Liaise with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and advisory deliverables.
• Assist with tax budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning, including assessing tax impacts from business changes.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations, conduct tax research and support recommendations to Senior Management.
• Provide ad hoc tax support, coordinate information requests and assist the tax team on various projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant tax and accounting experience in a MNC and/or in a public accounting firm specialising in tax.
• Preferably Chartered Accountant (CA) or member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with degree in accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in IFRS reporting and preparing / reviewing tax returns for Singapore (corporate tax, GST and withholding tax) is a must.
• Experience in tax compliance in countries outside Singapore is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/365 applications, particularly MS Excel and Word is a must.
• Proficiency in Oracle financial system is an advantage.
• Experience in advising on tax issues for cross border aircraft leasing and sale transactions is an advantage.
