9 Months Contract Accounts Payable Associate/Executive - Part-Time

Job responsibilities:

• Process and post PO-based invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure invoices are processed in accordance with internal produce and compliance with tax regulations.
• Review unmatched invoices and variance reports and follow up with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies.
  Handle incoming calls and email enquiries.
• Support month-end accruals.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job requirements:

• Minimum GCE A-Level/Diploma qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous, organised with good communication skills.
