Account Executive - 6months Contract - Part-Time

We are representing our client in the hydraulic filtration and power transmission industry in search of Accounts Executive. This is a 6 month contract role.  

Responsibilities

• Handling our Accounts Receivable and Payable, invoices, payments, chasing what's outstanding
• Reconciling accounts and helping close out the books each month
• Keeping our records accurate and up to date in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Coordinating with our external accountant to gather and organize the documents Headquarters needs for group reporting

What we're looking for

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or its elated
• At least 2 years' experience with AR/AP or general accounting
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in XBRL reporting is advantages.
• Comfortable communicating with people outside the company (accountant, auditors) and with colleagues in HQ
