Accountant (5-Month Contract) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

Daily / Adhoc

• Check & review acct payable daily posting, checking of payments prepared by acct payable.
• Update and monitor cash book balance 
• Fixed Asset (FA) – Maintain FA register / process of disposal of assets or non-assets submitted by user department / Asset Tagging.
• Maintain refurbishment project cost / documents.
• Updating of contract / license / insurance summary.
• Assist FC in budget preparation.
• Others task assigned by Financial Controller (FC).

Monthly 

• Preparing Journal Entries.
• Updating of Balance Sheet Reconciliation & follow up closely on all outstanding.
• Handling full sets of account for Office Block.
• Preparation of monthly reporting package (Hotel / Office Block / Consolidated).
• Preparation of monthly cashflow forecast to Corporate Finance.
  Update of actual expenses into 3 month Forecast File (For budget use).

Quarterly 

• Preparation of quarterly reporting package (For Corporate Finance).

Yearly

• Preparation of Year End Closing.
• Budget Import for Hotel and Office Block.
• Liaise with tax agent on yearly income tax submission related matters. Ensure timely submission.
• Liaise with Auditors for all audit related matters.
