Accounting & Finance Assistant (Urgent/Up To 3.5k!) - Part-Time

The Opportunity

• An exciting opportunity to join a leading Japanese MNC
• Location: Central
• 1 year;12 Months Contract
• Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
• Salary: Up to SGD 3,500

Job Description

• Process payments, commissions, invoices, and staff claims accurately and on time
• Handle e-banking transactions and payment processing across multiple banking platforms
• Prepare and post payment journals, and support AP-related reconciliations
• Maintain payment records and reports, including LTA GIRO updates and data extraction
• Support Accounts Payable operations and system enhancement initiatives

The Talent:

• Min Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with basic accounting knowledge
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficient in Excel; experience with VLOOKUP and PivotTables is an advantage
• Team‑oriented with good collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
