Accounting Officer (1 Year Contract) *IMMEDIATE* - Part-Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our Client's Finance team on a 1 year contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting accounts payable operations, processing payments, maintaining financial records, and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

Description:

• Process dealer payments and commission payouts accurately and on time.
• Handle trade payable invoices, invoices, and staff expense claims.
• Execute e-banking transactions across multiple banking platforms
• Process refund overpayments, insurance-related payments, claims, and other reimbursement transactions.
• Prepare payment journals and post accounting entries into Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Update GIRO payment records in Microsoft Excel.
• Extract AP payment data for reconciliation purposes.
• Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or accounting equivalent certifications
• More than 1 year of AP/AR handling experience
• Proficient in Microsoft applications particularly Excel
• Ability to start work within short notice
