Accounts & Admin Executive (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts& Admin Executive to support our Finance team in managing daily accounting operations and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier payments.
• Record accounting transactions in QuickBooks.
• Process staff claims and reimbursement requests.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial schedules.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Ensure accounting documents are properly filed and organised.
• Assist with general finance and administrative duties.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Flexible working days and hours (to be mutually agreed)
• Office located near Tanjong Pagar / Telok Ayer MRT
