Job Description - Accounts And Procurement Executive - Part-Time

Job scope

Support Business team with financial administrative documents including monthly reports and Quarterly filings
Support Business team with other administrative documents
Support Engineering team with purchases, and chasing up suppliers to ensure lead time is met
Arrange for delivery and logistics
Take care of inventory

Requirement

Singaporean / Singapore PR only
Positive learning attitude with strong communication skills
Ability to communicate with chinese suppliers using Hanyu Pinyin, negotiating for the best pricing and lead time
Accounting report generation experience preferred
