Accounts Assistant (1-Year Contract) - Shipping MNC #HHL - Part-Time

💰 Up to $3,500/month

🕒 Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm / 9.00am – 6.00pm

💼 Job Scope

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting

• Process suppliers' invoices and accounting transactions

• Verify agents' disbursements and perform account reconciliations

• Monitor operating costs, revenue, and outstanding balances

• Prepare reports and assist with daily accounting operations

• Perform ad hoc accounting duties as assigned

✅ Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy

• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience

• Experience in an MNC environment is an advantage

• SAP and strong MS Excel skills preferred
