Position: Accounts Assistant (6-Month Contract)

📍 Location:  Shenton Way
🕘 Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
💰 Salary: Up $3200
🎁 Bonus: Performance bonus (subject to individual performance)
🌴 Annual Leave: 14 days

Job Responsibilities

• Handle billing and invoicing activities
• Process overseas payments accurately and timely
• Communicate with overseas agents via email regarding billing matters
• Maintain and update accounting records using Microsoft Excel
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as required

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good written communication skills for email correspondence
• Meticulous, responsible, and willing to learn
• Candidates with experience in the freight/logistics industry will have an added advantage
