Accounts Executive (AP) - 6 Months Contract - Part-Time

Job Description :

• Take charge of the full spectrum of Accounts Payable
• Review, verify and process all invoices
• Assist in monthly closing, audit, bank reconciliation and GST matters
• Manage and ensure accurate, complete and timely payment disbursement
• Participate in the accounting automation and integration migration project

Skills/Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess Degree or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of relevant experience in Finance/Accountancy
• Prior experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage
• Candidates with higher years of experience in the relevant industry will be considered for Senior position.
• Meticulous and a problem solver
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
