Accounts Executive (Bereavement Service) | Part Time

• Office Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore
• Working Hours: 8.30 am – 5.30pm for 3 days weekly
• Monthly Salary: basic up to $2000
• Employment Type: up to 6 months contract

Responsibility

• Full Set Accounts – Manage complete accounting functions, including preparation of monthly management reports.

• GST Compliance – Compile and submit GST filings in line with statutory requirements.

• Bank Reconciliation – Perform monthly reconciliations and oversee intercompany billing processes.

• Accounts Receivable – Verify client invoices, track payments, and generate monthly sales reports.

• Accounts Payable – Process vendor invoices, supplier payments, and employee expense claims.

• Audit & Tax Liaison – Coordinate with auditors and tax agents, supporting ad‑hoc finance duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in related field
• Minimum 1 year of full set account experience
• Proficient with Business Central 365 & MYOB accounting system
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
