De Beaute Beauty & Slimming is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Accounts Executive in Singapore, based in the Central Region, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must handle a full set of accounts.

Organised and capable of handling daily accounting operations with accuracy and professionalism, able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle a full set of accounts, including AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), GL (General Ledger), and month-end closing.

- Prepare financial reports, GST filing, statements, and reconciliations.

- Manage Process invoices, claims, and other ad-hoc invoices, payment processing, and expense claims.

- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasts.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders.

- Support ad-hoc finance tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience.

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.

- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Working Hours & Location

- Mon-Friday: 9 am to 6 pm

- Full-Time or Part-Time Basis

- Hourly Paid Basis

- Flexible working hours (if applicable)

- Sat & Sun and PH off
