Accounts Executive - Part-Time

Accounts Executive (AP) – 6-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) to join our Finance team on a 6-month contract basis to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments
• Perform invoice matching and supplier reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate AP processing
• Assist with month-end closing and AP schedules
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders on payment matters
• Support ad hoc finance duties

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–2 years of AP/accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Immediate or short-notice candidates preferred

Contract Duration: 6 months (Aug2026 – Jan2027)
