Accounts Executive/Assistant Accountant (One-yearContract)

 Salary: SGD 3,800– 4,500 (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Candidate to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and supporting the company’s operational finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including balance sheet schedules, profit & loss statements and variance analysis
• Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries for accruals and provisions
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances
• Review AP payment vouchers
• Handle AR functions, including billing, collections and reconciliations
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns
• Handle monthly and quarterly corporate reporting requirements
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit-related matters
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting under tight deadlines
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in handling full set of accounts independently
• Knowledge of GST and corporate reporting requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP experience
• Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage
• Meticulous, organized and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
