Accounts Manager - Part-Time

Individual to be involved in:

1. Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Flow management.

2. Track and monitor project budgets, cost allocations, and project profitability.

3. Oversee supplier payments, subcontractor payments, and expense reimbursements.

4. Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

5. Maintain proper accounting records in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards.

6. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1. Ability to analyse project margins, cost variances, and financial performance.

2. Ability to analyse financial data and identify cost inefficiencies and financial risks.

3. Strong accuracy in reviewing financial transactions, project costs, and financial reports.

4. Capable of resolving financial discrepancies, payment disputes, and accounting issues related to project costs.

5. Ability to manage multiple project accounts and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.

6. Maintain high standards of confidentiality, transparency, and compliance in financial management.
