Accounts Officer (1 Yr Contract) - HEALTHCARE/Central/Up To $3300 #HAO - Part-Time

Salary: up to $3300

Duration: 1 year direct contract

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri office hours

Location: Newton

Job Scope:

• Maintain intranet pages for Finance and Clinic Ops

• Manage routine and adhoc tasks for Committees, namely Medical Dept Fund, Health

• Prepare information for committees meeting above

• Assist in Finance Data Entry (eg Receipts and Payments)

• Assist to track and update IT Access Register

• Assist to update Clinic Execs Leave Roster and process patient listing

• Prepare monthly Finance and Clinic Operations Report

• Provide secretarial support to Finance and Clinic Operations HOD

Job Requirements: Min GCE O Level / Diploma in Accountancy or similar w min 1-2 yrs of relevant experience
