Accounts Receivable Associate (8-Mth Contract $2,760 Monthly Central Region ) - Part-Time

Looking for a stable temp role in a government agency? The finance shared services team needs an Accounts Executive to handle the AR billing cycle.

What you'll do:

• Create and modify SAP Customer Master Records

• Issue invoices and credit notes accurately

• Follow up on outstanding AR with research entities and customers

• Clear the AR generic mailbox and resolve billing discrepancies

• Prepare management reports for stakeholders

• Any ad-hoc finance duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent finance qualification

• At least 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable experience

• SAP knowledge is a must (hands-on, not just theory)

• Meticulous, organized, and comfortable chasing stakeholders for payments

• Good with MS Office (especially Excel)

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
