Admin & Accounts Executive - Part-Time

Aevo is a subsidary for Ad-evo - Singapore-based interior design andbuild firm specialising in commercial fitouts, landed residential, and renovation projects. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to own the administrative and financialoperations of Ad-Evo and Aevo builder pte ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•     Perform data entry and maintain accurateaccounting records.
• Key in quotation, process invoices, receipts,payments, and other accounting transactions.
•     Reconcile bank statements and accountingrecords.
•     Generate and issue invoices to customers and business partners.
•     Prepare and send monthly Statements of Account(SOA) and follow up on overdue payments.
•     Manage supplier invoices and process vendorpayments.
•     Handle petty cash reimbursements, staff expenseclaims, staff salaryand banking matters.
•     Provide general administrative support,including filing, maintain and apply employment permit, document management, and correspondence.
•     Answer phone calls, respond to emails, andcoordinate office communications.
•     Maintain office supplies and ensure officeequipment is functioning properly.
•     Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks andprojects as assigned.
