Roles & Responsibilities:

• General admin work
• Simple bookkeeping and preparation management accounts for clients
• Preparation of financial statements and XBRL reports
• Preparation of corporate secretarial documents
• Cross-check and tally financial information and update files.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Provide secretarial support to the Director;
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time;

Skills Required:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge and account experience preferred
• Able to multi-task and meticulous
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Able to work independently and as a team
