Admin Officer (Grants Processing) - Part-Time

We are looking for a meticulous individual with Admin and Grants Management experience to support our funds disbursement processes.

• Basic up to $3,000 per month
• 7-month contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Buona Vista MRT

What to expect:

• Review and process grant proposals received, prepare grant call summaries for funders' approval.
• Verify claim submissions against approved projects and available project funding.
• Ensure accurate monitoring of funding balances.
• Manage enquiries sent through the grant mailbox.
• Support audit processes as required.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with at least 2 years of experience in Grants Management. Experience within the public sector is a plus.
• Independent individual who works well in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office.
