Asset Services Executive (1 Year Contract) #TNKC - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage securities transfer requests accurately and within timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams, counterparties, custodians, and stakeholders to support smooth transaction processing
• Monitor and resolve transfer issues, exceptions, and reconciliation breaks
• Perform daily operational and control checks to ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements
• Handle operational queries and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Support process improvement initiatives, risk controls, and project-related activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities
