Asset Servicing Analyst 1 Year Contract Central - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the distribution of entitlements for voluntary and mandatory APAC Equity & Fixed Income Corporate Action and Income events.
• Create and maintain Asset Servicing events within proprietary systems.
• Support internal trading desks, prime brokerage clients, stock loan counterparties, and external brokers on corporate action-related activities.
• Perform cash and stock reconciliations to ensure accurate settlement and position management.
• Interpret corporate action announcements and liaise with custodian banks and self-clearing markets using SWIFT messaging standards.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality processing of transactions while meeting tight operational deadlines.
• Maintain strong operational controls and compliance with internal procedures and market regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in Asset Servicing, Corporate Actions, Securities Operations, or Investment Banking Operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of broker-dealer operations and associated market risks.
• Experience handling APAC Equity and Fixed Income Corporate Actions will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and corporate action processing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven operational environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
