Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Banking / 6-Month Contract) - Part-Time

About the role

We are partnering with an international private bank to hire an Assistant Relationship Manager to support front-office teams in delivering high-quality wealth management services to high-net-worth clients. This role is based in Singapore and offers exposure to client servicing, operations, and regulatory processes within private banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to Relationship Managers, ensuring efficient handling of client requests and administrative tasks.

• Coordinate client interactions, including meeting preparation, follow-ups, and preparation of presentations and reports.

• Monitor and manage risks by ensuring completeness of documentation, highlighting discrepancies, and following up on outstanding issues with relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate client records and support onboarding processes in line with internal and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor outstanding items and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client instructions.

• Assist with business activities such as reporting, expense management, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services support roles.

• Basic knowledge of investment products and client servicing processes.

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
