• Assist Relationship Managers with client account servicing, documentation verification, and trade order executions
• Assist on client account opening and account maintenance documentation
• Liaise with Relationship Managers and operations team to ensure instructions are carried out
• Track daily portfolio events, corporate actions, and coordinate workflow requirements with back-office operations
• Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance controls, documentation procedures, and risk mitigation policies

skills and experience required

• Prior experience within private banking, wealth management, or client support roles within financial services
• Sound knowledge of banking operations, credit processing, and client onboarding protocols
• Strong organizational capability to manage time-sensitive daily reports and settlement coordination
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and risk management
