Associate Executive, Finance (1-Year Contract Under Recruitment Agency) - Part-Time

Job Description:

• Manage patient enquiries and phone communications to resolve issues and provide timely information
• Follow up with patients to collect outstanding bills and ensure accurate receipting via PayNow, AXS, and HealthHub platforms
• Reconcile of HealthHub accounts and cash and credit card collections
• Send Statements of Account to patients
• Assist in billing medical records
• Support system integration tasks and prepare journal entries and audit schedules
• Coordinate follow-ups on MCPS-related matters
• Liaise with CPF and insurance companies to manage Medisave claims efficiently
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent certificates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel, to manage documentation and data entry
• Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
