Flexibility: Full-time or part-time—work at your own pace and manage your own desk.

Business Development: Actively prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
Account Management: Deep-dive into clients' industries and specific hiring needs to provide consultative solutions.
End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure a high-quality match.
Candidate Management: Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and manage the interview coordination process.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both hiring managers and job seekers.
Experience: Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Executive Search, or Business Development.
Certification: Possessing a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a significant advantage. Successful candidates without a CEI must be willing to obtain it.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven. You should enjoy the challenge of a performance-based role.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Resilience: Proactive personality with a problem-solving approach to recruitment hurdles.
