Join a programme team responsible for assessing AI testing service providers for accreditation. This role combines assurance-style review with commercial and financial due diligence to support accreditation approvals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end evaluation (commercial, financial, and operational readiness)

• Review service delivery documentation, QA processes, and operational controls

• Assess delivery governance including SLA management and complaint handling

• Prepare evaluation summaries and recommendations for approvals

• Support programme reporting and stakeholder updates

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the ICT industry

• Experience in financial review and commercial due diligence

• Experience with process review / quality assurance / controls assessment

• Strong written and verbal communication
