AVP, Financial Crime Risk Management (6-Month Contract) - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support first line Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) MI reporting for local, regional, and global stakeholders
• Prepare materials and reporting packs for monthly risk governance forums and senior management updates
• Support AML, CDD, sanctions, and screening-related activities across NTB onboarding and ETB review processes
• Perform manual control reviews by analysing system-generated reports, investigating exceptions/cases, and escalating suspicious activities where required
• Support audit, governance, and policy implementation activities within the financial crime risk function

Critical Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree & above; prior experience within large international banks is highly advantageous
• 1-3 years of relevant experience within retail banking financial crime, AML, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, or transaction monitoring
• Strong understanding of first line financial crime controls and banking regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP) and handling large datasets/reporting activities
