Bank Associate (1 Year Contract) #TNJHK - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support trade finance operations and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Monitor account renewals, document submissions, and follow up on outstanding requirements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and management information for business tracking and review
• Track customer accounts and transaction activities to support operational and business requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely processing
• Support customer account maintenance and updates in accordance with operational procedures
• Maintain internal systems and records to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, training materials, and departmental projects
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
